The Marking App

Terms and Conditions of The Marking AppThese Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of The Marking App provided by The Marking App Pvt Ltd and The Marking App NPC, registered under the relevant laws of The Republic of South Africa. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

Account Registration To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice on the App prior to any new terms taking effect.

Intellectual Property The Marking App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Marking App Pty Ltd, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization.

Prohibited Conduct You agree not to engage in any conduct that, in our sole discretion, restricts or inhibits anyone else from using or enjoying the App, or which may expose us or our users to any harm or liability.

Termination We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

User Content You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App ('User Content'). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such User Content.
